Pat dry shrimp and season with salt and pepper; sauté in butter and olive oil for about 1-2 mins per side and set aside
Crush you garlic and sauté until fragrant, add wine and simmer for a few minutes
Add the shrimp back, adjust salt and pepper, add more butter and squeeze some lemon; simmer for another 2 mins and finish with parsley, chives, lemon zest, smoky chili flakes and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure you peel and de-vein your shrimp unless you buy it already cleaned up!
