Instructions
Add your yogurt to a mixing bowl along with chopped pickles, crushed garlic, salt and dill
Mix well and finish with a drizzle of EVOO and chopped walnuts
Enjoy on its own or dip your pita bread in it!
Notes
This is a huge Bulgarian staple and normally we strain the yogurt in a cheese cloth (labneh) but if you buy thick, high fat percentage yogurt there is no need to strain it!
