Vegetable oil
Of choice (I’m using sunflower oil)

tbs
Red wine vinegar

tbs
Dijon mustard
1
tsp
Salt
squeeze
Lemon juice
Instructions
Crack your egg and using an immersion blender cap the egg yolk and start blending as you slowly start incorporating your vegetable oil;
Once emulsified, add your vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and lemon juice; continue blending until it thickens and enjoy!
Notes
You can store in the fridge up to 3-4 days!
