Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Vegetable oil Of choice (I’m using sunflower oil)
- 1 tbs Red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- squeeze Lemon juice
Instructions
- Crack your egg and using an immersion blender cap the egg yolk and start blending as you slowly start incorporating your vegetable oil;
- Once emulsified, add your vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and lemon juice; continue blending until it thickens and enjoy!
Notes
You can store in the fridge up to 3-4 days!
