Ingredients
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce Thinly sliced
- 1 English cucumber Spiralized or julienned
- ¼ medium Red onion
- 1 can Northern beans Drained
- ½ cup Kalamata olives
- 2 cans Tuna Skipjack and Albacore
- Dill
Lemon Dressing
- ⅓ cup Oliveoil
- 1 Lemon Juiced and zested
- 1 clove Garlic Crsuhed
- 1 tbs Mayonnaise
- 1 Green onion Chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice Romaine lettuce, red onions; spiralize cucumber and add in to a salad bowl along with beans and Kalamata olives and Tuna steak chunks
- To make the dressing add olive oil, lemon juice and zest, mayonnaise, chopped green onion, sat and pepper and shake
- Pour over and enjoy a healthy, feel good meal!
