Ingredients
- 3 item brioche buns
- 14 oz frozen lobster claw and knuckle meat
- 5 tbs butter
- 2 item garlic cloves
- ½ tsb sea salt salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Smoky chili flakes
- ½ lemon- juiced
- Chives
- Lettuce leaves
- Parmesan french fries- optional
Instructions
- Melt butter with garlic, salt and pepper;
- Rinse your deforested lobster meat and gently pat dry;
- Brush butter on the buns and bathe the lobster meat in the butter;
- Char the buns and warm up the meat for a couple of minutes; finish meat with lemon juice, smoky chili flakes and chives;
- Assemble, pour some butter on top and enjoy!
