Equipment

  • 1 Large Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 3 item brioche buns
  • 14 oz frozen lobster claw and knuckle meat
  • 5 tbs butter
  • 2 item garlic cloves
  • ½ tsb sea salt salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Smoky chili flakes
  • ½ lemon- juiced
  • Chives
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Parmesan french fries- optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter with garlic, salt and pepper;
  • Rinse your deforested lobster meat and gently pat dry;
  • Brush butter on the buns and bathe the lobster meat in the butter;
  • Char the buns and warm up the meat for a couple of minutes; finish meat with lemon juice, smoky chili flakes and chives;
  • Assemble, pour some butter on top and enjoy!
