The Juiciest Sticky Ribs
These are so tender and loaded with so much flavor. They are perfect for parties and a staple at our home. A great make ahead option- just reheat before serving, glaze with the sauce and enjoy!

Marinade

soy sauce

rice vinegar

Sticky sauce

soy sauce

hoisin sauce

sesame oil

rice vinegar

Instructions
Pat dry ribs and cut them individually
Add all marinade ingredients to a bowl, mix and pour over ribs and marinade for a couple of hours or overnight
Roast ribs in a preheated oven at 400F for about 45 mins
Add all sticky sauce ingredients to a sauce pan, bring to boil and simmer until the sauce thickens
Toss ribs in the sauce, finish with chives and sesame seeds and enjoy!
Notes
Marinating the ribs helps the sauce penetrate the meat and makes them tender and flavorful but if you are in a rush you can skip this part!
