Ingredients
- 1 rack St Louis pork ribs
Marinade
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tbs sriracha
- 1 tbs honey
- 2 tbs hoisin sauce
- 1 tbs pickled ginger
- 2 cloves garlic crushed scrunch of black pepper
Sticky sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tbs rice vinegar
Toppings
- chives
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Pat dry ribs and cut them individually
- Add all marinade ingredients to a bowl, mix and pour over ribs and marinade for a couple of hours or overnight
- Roast ribs in a preheated oven at 400F for about 45 mins
- Add all sticky sauce ingredients to a sauce pan, bring to boil and simmer until the sauce thickens
- Toss ribs in the sauce, finish with chives and sesame seeds and enjoy!
Notes
Marinating the ribs helps the sauce penetrate the meat and makes them tender and flavorful but if you are in a rush you can skip this part!
