Juicy Lamb Chops with Tzatziki
Lamb + yogurt may be one of the most delicious combos I have ever tried! These lamb chops are perfectly juicy and flavorful and you can enjoy them as an appetizer or serve with baked potatoes, rice and my spring green salad you are ready to go!

Tzatziki

Whole milk yogurt

Of an English cucumber

Garlic
crushed
Parsley
Lemon zest

Instructions
Marinate lamb chops for a few hours or overnight
Pan sear lamb chop over medium high heat on all sides until desired doneness
To make the tzatziki chop cucumber, parsley, and dill and mix with yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic and salt; drizzle olive oil
Dip in and enjoy!
