Ingredients
  

  • 6 chops Lamb
  • 3 sprigs Thyme
  • 3 sprigs Rosemary
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Mint leaves to top off

Tzatziki

  • ½ cup Whole milk yogurt
  • ¼ Of an English cucumber
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • Parsley
  • Lemon zest
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Marinate lamb chops for a few hours or overnight
  • Pan sear lamb chop over medium high heat on all sides until desired doneness
  • To make the tzatziki chop cucumber, parsley, and dill and mix with yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic and salt; drizzle olive oil
  • Dip in and enjoy!
