Ingredients
- 6 chops Lamb
- 3 sprigs Thyme
- 3 sprigs Rosemary
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
- Mint leaves to top off
Tzatziki
- ½ cup Whole milk yogurt
- ¼ Of an English cucumber
- 1 clove Garlic crushed
- Parsley
- Lemon zest
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Marinate lamb chops for a few hours or overnight
- Pan sear lamb chop over medium high heat on all sides until desired doneness
- To make the tzatziki chop cucumber, parsley, and dill and mix with yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic and salt; drizzle olive oil
- Dip in and enjoy!
