This variation of hummus is one of my favorite ones as the red pepper gives it a sweet flavorful finish! You can enjoy it as a dip or add it to your salads and Mediterranean meals!

Warm pita
instructions
Air fry/roast a red bell pepper, let it cool; peel and de-seed
Blend all ingredients until smooth and top with extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, red pepper and enjoy!
