Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Chickpeas
  • 1 Roasted red pepper pealed and de-seed
  • cup Chickpea juice from the can
  • cup Tahini
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 Lemons juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 cloves Garlic

Toppings (optional)

  • Extra olive oil
  • Pine nuts
  • Espelette or Paprika
  • Herbs

Instructions
 

To serve

  • Warm pita

  • Air fry/roast a red bell pepper, let it cool; peel and de-seed
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and top with extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, red pepper and enjoy!
