Burek Peppers
Aka roasted peppers stuffed with feta and eggs! These are near and dear to my heart and a staple in Bulgarian cuisine! You can enjoy them as an appetizer or as your whole meal, they go great with salads also!

oz (about 300 grams)
Good quality feta
I'm using Bulgarian feta

Beaten
Parsley
1-2
cloves
Garlic
Crushed
Instructions
Roast your peppers, let cool, peel and de-seed
Make the filing by crumbling the feta and mixing it with eggs, parsley and garlic
Fill up the peppers, dredge in flour, eggs and lastly bread crumbs
Shallow fry over medium heat on both sides until golden and enjoy!
