Crab Crusted Cod

Old Bay seasoning
Buttered Breadcrumbs

Instructions
Pat dry fish and season with olive oil, salt and pepper on both sides
To make the crabmeat topping- mix crabmeat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, black pepper and Old Bay seasoning
Top the fish with crabmeat topping and then add the buttered breadcrumbs
Bake at 400 F for about 35-40 mins
Serve with fresh lemon juice and enjoy on its own or with you favorite sides or salads!
