It is perfect for lunch or dinner and my go to when I’m craving a restaurant quality fish meal! It’s amazing with a salad or any sides of choice!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz Lump crabmeat Drained well
  • 2 tbs Panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs Dijon Mustard
  • Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning

Buttered Breadcrumbs

  • ¼ cup Panko Bread crumbs
  • 1 tbs Butter Melted

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry fish and season with olive oil, salt and pepper on both sides
  • To make the crabmeat topping- mix crabmeat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, black pepper and Old Bay seasoning
  • Top the fish with crabmeat topping and then add the buttered breadcrumbs
  • Bake at 400 F for about 35-40 mins
  • Serve with fresh lemon juice and enjoy on its own or with you favorite sides or salads!
