Ingredients
- 6 oz Lump crabmeat Drained well
- 2 tbs Panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbs Dijon Mustard
- Black pepper
- ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
Buttered Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Panko Bread crumbs
- 1 tbs Butter Melted
Instructions
- Pat dry fish and season with olive oil, salt and pepper on both sides
- To make the crabmeat topping- mix crabmeat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, black pepper and Old Bay seasoning
- Top the fish with crabmeat topping and then add the buttered breadcrumbs
- Bake at 400 F for about 35-40 mins
- Serve with fresh lemon juice and enjoy on its own or with you favorite sides or salads!
