No skin
Taco/Mexican seasoning

Taco Tortillas

Cabbage
Thinly sliced

Pickled onions
½
cup
Cotija cheese
Sliced Jalapeños

Celantro
For garnish
Celantro Avacado Crema

Instructions
Slice pork belly and season with your favorite Mexican/taco seasoning and sear over medium heat on both sides
To make the cilantro avocado Crema add all ingredients to a food processor and give it a blitz
Char your tortillas and assemble cabbage, pork belly, pickled onions, cilantro avocado Crema, jalapeños, crumbled Cotija cheese and enjoy!
