Ingredients
For 10 Tacos
- 1 lb Pork belly No skin
- Taco/Mexican seasoning To taste
- 10 Taco Tortillas
- 1 cup Cabbage Thinly sliced
- ½ cup Pickled onions
- ½ cup Cotija cheese
- Sliced Jalapeños Optional
- Celantro For garnish
Celantro Avacado Crema
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ½ cup Cilantro Packed
- 1 Lime Juiced and Zested
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ Avocado
- pinch Salt
Instructions
- Slice pork belly and season with your favorite Mexican/taco seasoning and sear over medium heat on both sides
- To make the cilantro avocado Crema add all ingredients to a food processor and give it a blitz
- Char your tortillas and assemble cabbage, pork belly, pickled onions, cilantro avocado Crema, jalapeños, crumbled Cotija cheese and enjoy!
