Ingredients
  

For 10 Tacos

  • 1 lb Pork belly No skin
  • Taco/Mexican seasoning To taste
  • 10 Taco Tortillas
  • 1 cup Cabbage Thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Pickled onions
  • ½ cup Cotija cheese
  • Sliced Jalapeños Optional
  • Celantro For garnish

Celantro Avacado Crema

  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Cilantro Packed
  • 1 Lime Juiced and Zested
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ½ Avocado
  • pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Slice pork belly and season with your favorite Mexican/taco seasoning and sear over medium heat on both sides
  • To make the cilantro avocado Crema add all ingredients to a food processor and give it a blitz
  • Char your tortillas and assemble cabbage, pork belly, pickled onions, cilantro avocado Crema, jalapeños, crumbled Cotija cheese and enjoy!
