The Viral “Tunacado” Sandwich
I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about Pesto + tuna combo but holy guacamole, this turned out so amazing and I can see the reason for all the hype. I made it open- faced as it looked too pretty to close it up with another piece of bread.

Tuna fish
Drain well
½
cup
Mayonnaise
½
Lemon
Juiced
Black pepper
To taste
Toppings

Pesto
Tomatoes
Red onions
Avocado
Green onions
Capers
Dill
Instructions
Whip/blend tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper until smooth consistency
Toast your bread and add your Pesto, tuna mouse, tomatoes, avocado, red onions, capers, green onions and dill
Squeeze some extra lemon juice (optionally) and enjoy!
