Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Of choice
Tuna Mousse
- 6 oz (2 cans) Tuna fish Drain well
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ Lemon Juiced
- Black pepper To taste
Toppings
- 3 tbs Pesto
- Tomatoes
- Red onions
- Avocado
- Green onions
- Capers
- Dill
Instructions
- Whip/blend tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper until smooth consistency
- Toast your bread and add your Pesto, tuna mouse, tomatoes, avocado, red onions, capers, green onions and dill
- Squeeze some extra lemon juice (optionally) and enjoy!
