Healthy Zucchini Fries with Garlic Yogurt Sauce

Garlic Yogurt Sauce

Whole milk yogurt

Mayonnaise

Instructions
Wash and cut zucchini into sticks (cut once lengthwise and then cut each piece into 3 wedges) and throw in a bowl
To a food processor add cornflakes, paprika, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder and oregano and process until finely chopped
Coat zucchini with olive oil and toss in the cornflakes mixture; transfer onto a baking sheet and bake at 400 F for about 30- 35 mins
To make the yogurt garlic sauce mix all the ingredient above
Finish with chopped dill and enjoy!
