Ingredients
- 4 Zucchini
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 cup Cornflakes
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp (of each) Paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano
- Dill For garnish
Garlic Yogurt Sauce
- ½ cup Whole milk yogurt
- 1 tbs Mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ Lemon Juiced
- 1 tbs Dill Chopped
Instructions
- Wash and cut zucchini into sticks (cut once lengthwise and then cut each piece into 3 wedges) and throw in a bowl
- To a food processor add cornflakes, paprika, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder and oregano and process until finely chopped
- Coat zucchini with olive oil and toss in the cornflakes mixture; transfer onto a baking sheet and bake at 400 F for about 30- 35 mins
- To make the yogurt garlic sauce mix all the ingredient above
- Finish with chopped dill and enjoy!
