Healthy Zucchini Fries with Garlic Yogurt Sauce

These are so addicting and I won’t blame you if you eat the whole sheet by yourself just like me, oh and all guilt- free!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Zucchini
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cornflakes
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp (of each) Paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano
  • Dill For garnish

Garlic Yogurt Sauce

  • ½ cup Whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tbs Mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ Lemon Juiced
  • 1 tbs Dill Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut zucchini into sticks (cut once lengthwise and then cut each piece into 3 wedges) and throw in a bowl
  • To a food processor add cornflakes, paprika, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder and oregano and process until finely chopped
  • Coat zucchini with olive oil and toss in the cornflakes mixture; transfer onto a baking sheet and bake at 400 F for about 30- 35 mins
  • To make the yogurt garlic sauce mix all the ingredient above
  • Finish with chopped dill and enjoy!
