Add tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to an oven/air fryer safe dish and air fry at 390 F for about 10 mins (alternatively roast in the oven but it will take a bit longer)
Slice your bread, dress in olive oil, salt and pepper on both sides and pan sear over med high heat until charred
Smear the burrata filling on the bread, add your tomatoes with the juices, pesto, basil leaves and enjoy this indulgence!
