Easy Bruschetta with Garlic Crostini
Sometimes the simple dishes are the most delicious ones. This bruschetta is juicy and light, perfect for summer time and sharing but I also love it as my whole meal!

Garlic Crostini
Sliced baguette or ciabatta bread
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
For rubbing
Instructions
Slice your bread and season with salt, pepper and olive oil and sear on both sides until charred; once charred rub a garlic clove
Wash and chop your tomatoes and chiffonade your basil leaves, crush garlic and season with olive oil, salt, pepper and mix
Scoop the bruschetta with all the juices over the crostini and enjoy!
