Ingredients
- 4 San Marzano tomatoes
- @ cloves Garlic
- ¼ cup Basil leaves
- 3 tbs Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- Black pepper
Garlic Crostini
- Sliced baguette or ciabatta bread
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic For rubbing
Instructions
- Slice your bread and season with salt, pepper and olive oil and sear on both sides until charred; once charred rub a garlic clove
- Wash and chop your tomatoes and chiffonade your basil leaves, crush garlic and season with olive oil, salt, pepper and mix
- Scoop the bruschetta with all the juices over the crostini and enjoy!
