Buffalo Cauliflower Florets

You can eat the whole tray at once all guilt- free and I’ll pick these over chicken wings at anytime!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 cups Cornflakes Crushed
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder

Toppings

  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup Blue cheese sauce dressing
  • Green peppers Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut cauliflower into florets
  • Beat 3 eggs, season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder; toss florets into the egg mixture and then coat them in cornflakes
  • Add florets onto a baking sheet and spray generously with olive oil; toast at 400 F for about 40 mins as you flip once half way through
  • Drizzle buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, chopped green onions and enjoy!
