Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 2 cups Cornflakes Crushed
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 3 Eggs
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
Toppings
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup Blue cheese sauce dressing
- Green peppers Chopped
Instructions
- Wash and cut cauliflower into florets
- Beat 3 eggs, season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder; toss florets into the egg mixture and then coat them in cornflakes
- Add florets onto a baking sheet and spray generously with olive oil; toast at 400 F for about 40 mins as you flip once half way through
- Drizzle buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, chopped green onions and enjoy!
