Who wants dessert for breakfast?! If you do and have 20 mins to spare make these delicious and nutritious baked oats! Also, they are a great idea for meal prep, just store covered in the fridge and you are all set!

Ingredients
  

  • cup Oats
  • ½ cup Plain yogurt
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 tbs Monk Fruit sweetener Or sugar
  • ¼ Dried Cranberries Plus 1 tbs for topping
  • 2 tbs Butter Melted
  • ½ tsp Vanilla bean paste/extract
  • pinch Salt
  • zest Orange As much or as little as you wish

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients above ☝️ and divide mixture into two small ramekins or mini cocottes; top with some extra cranberries as you submerge them into the mixture to prevent burning
  • Air fry at 350 for 15 mins; finish with more orange zest and a drizzle of honey and enjoy! 😋
