Ingredients
- 2 cups Warm water Around 110F
- 1 tsp Active dry yeast
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbs Olive oil Plus a drizzle to add to the zipper bag
- 6 cups (720 grams) APF (all-purpose flour) Plus some extra for dusting
Instructions
- Add water, salt, yeast, oil, flour and honey to your mixer bowl with the hook attachment; alternative you may knead by hand
- Knead for about 5-7 mins until the dough starts separating from sides of the bowl
- Pour dough over a floured surface, fold the edges of the dough for a few minutes to stretch the gluten and shape it into a ball
- Add dough to a greased zipper bag and refrigerate overnight
- Pull out of the fridge at least 30 mins before using or microwave for 15-20 mins to soften it up
- Roll your pizza dough, add your favorite sauce, cheeses, toppings and enjoy 😊
Notes
The proper way of measuring flour is to fluff the flour with a spoon, scoop it into the measuring cup and level. A cup of flour should weigh approximately 120 grams.
