Ingredients
- 6 Oranges
- 3 Limes
- 5 oz Ginger
- 5 oz Turmeric
Instructions
- Wash your ginger and turmeric well, don’t peel as many nutrients are trapped into the peel
- Peel oranges and limes
- Add everything into a juicer and pour I’m into shot glasses/vials and you are ready to go
Notes
This makes 3 cups of juice.
My vials are 1 oz each and you can take as many as you wish.
If you don’t have a juicer you can use a blender and squeeze the juice through a cheesecloth.
