Who doesn’t like Panzanella?! This is one of my most favorite salads when tomatoes are in season, juicy and so sweet! I can eat it every day and won’t get tired of it!

Ingredients
- 3 cups Heirloom tomatoes
- medium red onion
- basil leaves
- sourdough bread
- clove Garlic For rubbing the grilled bread
- Olive Oil To drizzle on bread
- Salt To season bread
- Pepper To season bread
- Flaky sea salt Optional
Dressing
- 3 tbs EVOO
- 1 tbs Champagne vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- Scrunch Black pepper
Instructions
- Season sourdough bread with salt, pepper and olive oil and throw on the grill
- Wash and cut your tomatoes, onion and basil leaves
- Rub the bread with a garlic clove and cube it
- To make the dressing add all ingredients to a jar and shake it off
- Pour dressing over, sprinkle flaky sea salt, mix and enjoy!
Notes
This salad needs to enjoyed immediately otherwise the bread will get soggy!
