Ingredients
- 6 tbs Chia seeds
- 2 cups Milk Of choice
- 2 tbs Maple syrup
- 1 cup Blueberries Fresh
- 1 zest Lemon
- ½ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste/Extract
Instructions
- Add chia seeds, maple syrup and milk to a bowl and stir; wait 10 mins stir again to prevent clumping
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight
- Mix in your blueberries as you reserve some to top off your pudding and enjoy!
