Ingredients
- 1 piece Sea Bass
- 3 tbs Butter
- salt To taste
- Pepper To taste
- Lemon slices
Creamed Corn
- 1 Shallot
- 2 ears Corn
- 3 pieces Bacon
- 1 tbs Butter
- ½ Jalapeño Optional
- splash Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Pat dry fish and season with salt and pepper
- Pan sear all sides over med heat with butter and lemon slices; add the butter gradually so it doesn’t brown
- To make creamed corn- chop shallots, bacon and shuck corn, add everything to a pan and drop the butter; cook until bacon is caramelized; add in jalapeño and a splash of cream
- Squeeze some extra lemon over the fish and enjoy!
