Pan seared Chilean Sea Bass with Creamed Corn

An easy way to make a restaurant quality meal to enjoy at home!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece Sea Bass
  • 3 tbs Butter
  • salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • Lemon slices

Creamed Corn

  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 ears Corn
  • 3 pieces Bacon
  • 1 tbs Butter
  • ½ Jalapeño Optional
  • splash Heavy Cream

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry fish and season with salt and pepper
  • Pan sear all sides over med heat with butter and lemon slices; add the butter gradually so it doesn’t brown
  • To make creamed corn- chop shallots, bacon and shuck corn, add everything to a pan and drop the butter; cook until bacon is caramelized; add in jalapeño and a splash of cream
  • Squeeze some extra lemon over the fish and enjoy!
