Ingredients
  

  • 2 Portobellos
  • ¼ cup Marinara of choice
  • ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • ¼ cup Pesto For Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash and pat dry your mushrooms; gently remove the stem by twisting it
  • Brush olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides
  • Air fry bottom down for 5 mins at 390 F; brush more olive oil, add sauce and cheese and air fry for another 5 mins
  • Finish with pesto and a scrunch of fresh black pepper and enjoy!
