Ingredients
- 2 Portobellos
- ¼ cup Marinara of choice
- ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 tbs Olive Oil
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- ¼ cup Pesto For Garnish
Instructions
- Wash and pat dry your mushrooms; gently remove the stem by twisting it
- Brush olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides
- Air fry bottom down for 5 mins at 390 F; brush more olive oil, add sauce and cheese and air fry for another 5 mins
- Finish with pesto and a scrunch of fresh black pepper and enjoy!
