Ingredients
- 1 Bagel Of choice
- 8 small Slices of good quality smoked salmon I used Nova Lox and it’s superior in my opinion
The Mousse
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- ½ Lemon Zested and Juiced
- 1 clove Garlic
- Dill
- 2 tsp Capers Rinsed
Garnish
- Lemon zest
- Black pepper
- Dill
Instructions
- Toast your bagel
- To make the mousse blend cream cheese, lemon juice, zest, garlic, dill and capers until smooth
- Pipe or spread caper cream cheese mousse on the bagel, roll some salmon slices and place over the mouse; finish with dill, lemon zest, black pepper and enjoy!
