A face lift on a traditional salmon and  cream cheese bagel and it’s such a great way to start your day with but yet these make a great lunch or a snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bagel Of choice
  • 8 small Slices of good quality smoked salmon I used Nova Lox and it’s superior in my opinion

The Mousse

  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • ½ Lemon Zested and Juiced
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Dill
  • 2 tsp Capers Rinsed

Garnish

  • Lemon zest
  • Black pepper
  • Dill

Instructions
 

  • Toast your bagel
  • To make the mousse blend cream cheese, lemon juice, zest, garlic, dill and capers until smooth
  • Pipe or spread caper cream cheese mousse on the bagel, roll some salmon slices and place over the mouse; finish with dill, lemon zest, black pepper and enjoy!
