If you want to sound fancy! Breaking the salmon flesh into small pieces and mixing it all these flavorful ingredients gives these cakes such an incredible flavor. They are prefect as an appetizer, to add to salads or have them as a meal with your sides of choice!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Salmon
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Bread crumbs Plus more for coating
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs Worcesterhire sauce
  • 1 tbs Dijon Mustard
  • scrunch Black pepper
  • pinch Salt
  • ½ Red pepper Chopped
  • 4 Green peppers Chopped
  • handful Parsley and Cilantro
  • 1 clove Garlic Crushed
  • ¼ cup Olive oil For sautéing and coating the fish
  • Lemon garlic aioli For serving (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry and season salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper and cook through; I cooked mine in the air fryer at 390 F for 12 mins
  • Chop your vegetables, shred the cooked fish  and then mix all the ingredients above
  • Scoop the mixture into 8 balls, flatten and shape them into cakes; coat them with more bread crumbs for extra crunchiness
  • Pan sear in olive oil over medium heat until golden on both sides
  • Optionally serve with some garlic aioli, fresh squeezed lemon juice and enjoy on its own or with your favorite salad or sides!
