Ingredients
Vanilla Pudding
- 4 tbs Chia seeds
- 1 cup Milk Of choice
- 1 tbs Maple syrup Or any sweetener of choice
- ½ tsp Vanilla bean Paste/extract
Chocolate Pudding
- 4 tbs Chia seeds
- 1 cup Milk Of choice
- 2 tbs Maple syrup Or any sweetener of choice
- 2 tbs Unsweetened cacao powder
- dash Vanilla bean Paste/extract
Toppings
- 1 Banana
- ⅓ cup Strawberries
- ¼ cup Fresh pineapple
- 2 tbs Coconut Shaved
Instructions
- Add your chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, (cacao) and milk to a bowl and stir
- Wait 10 mins and stir again to prevent clumping
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight
- Layer your puddings with fresh strawberries, bananas, pineapple, coconut and enjoy!
