My favorite variation of chia pudding yet! This truly tastes like a treat but reaping all the health benefits of a chia pudding and fresh fruit!

Ingredients
  

Vanilla Pudding

  • 4 tbs Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Milk Of choice
  • 1 tbs Maple syrup Or any sweetener of choice
  • ½ tsp Vanilla bean Paste/extract

Chocolate Pudding

  • 4 tbs Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Milk Of choice
  • 2 tbs Maple syrup Or any sweetener of choice
  • 2 tbs Unsweetened cacao powder
  • dash Vanilla bean Paste/extract

Toppings

  • 1 Banana
  • cup Strawberries
  • ¼ cup Fresh pineapple
  • 2 tbs Coconut Shaved

Instructions
 

  • Add your chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, (cacao) and milk to a bowl and stir
  • Wait 10 mins and stir again to prevent clumping
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight
  • Layer your puddings with fresh strawberries, bananas, pineapple, coconut and enjoy!
