Ingredients
- 1 small Romaine head
- ½ small Cabbage
- 1 large Carrot Shredded
- 1 medium (Raw) Beet Shredded
- ¼ cup Parsley
- ¼ cup Dill
- ½ Red onion
Dressing
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- ⅓ cup EVOO
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions
- Wash and chop/shred all the vegetables and add to a salad bowl
- To make the dressing mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and honey
- Pour dressing over, toss your salad and enjoy!
