Ingredients
  

  • 1 small Romaine head
  • ½ small Cabbage
  • 1 large Carrot Shredded
  • 1 medium (Raw) Beet Shredded
  • ¼ cup Parsley
  • ¼ cup Dill
  • ½ Red onion

Dressing

  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • cup EVOO
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop/shred all the vegetables and add to a salad bowl
  • To make the dressing mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and honey
  • Pour dressing over, toss your salad and enjoy!
